John Schaffer AM joined the company in 1972, was appointed operations manager in 1974, Managing Director in 1987 and has held the position of Chairman and Managing Director since 1988.
Mr Schaffer has had extensive experience in managing both private and publicly listed companies with operations spanning the globe in industries ranging from manufacturing and equity investment to property and development.
Danielle Blain AM joined the company in 1987. Mrs Blain is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Howe Automotive Limited, having previously served as Executive Director from 1993 to 2005. She was also the Managing Director of Gosh Leather Pty Ltd (the furniture division) from 1993 to 2001. Mrs Blain is a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee. She also sits on a number of NGO Boards.
Anton Mayer is Executive Chairman of Howe Automotive Limited, and held the position of Howe Automotive Limited Managing Director from 1989 to 2006. Mr Mayer has many years of international leather experience, broad business skills and a global business perspective.
Michael Perrott AM has been involved in industries associated with construction, contracting, mining and land development since 1969. He is currently Chairman of GME Resources Limited. Mr Perrott is also a member of the Board of Notre Dame University and SANE Australia. Mr Perrott is a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
David Schwartz has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution businesses and property developments. Mr Schwartz is Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
